Born in Siquirres, Limón, Chef Maylin Molina Baldelomar brought over fifteen years of family baking tradition from Costa Rica to Canada. Today, Maylin's Cakes is proud to serve local families across Toronto as a dedicated Costa Rican bakery in Toronto where every recipe honors authentic homemade flavor.
We also bake savory traditional snacks such as chicken pie (pastel de pollo), enchiladas, and dulce de leche horns (cachos), alongside sweet Latin desserts (Tres Leches, homemade flan, and custom event treats).
